Atlantas grill company, owned by the famous Italian restaurant chain, will be selling off a portion of its business in 2018.
The sale is a move that follows a plan the company made last year, and is expected to save $10 million.
The company said the move is in response to the company being targeted by hackers.
The news comes amid a wave of ransomware attacks that have targeted businesses, hospitals and governments.
The companies plans to continue operating, but the company will not be able to continue providing customers with free meals and services.
The business was acquired by the family of the late restaurant founder Mario Batali in 2016.
Atlants founder Mario batali passed away in 2016 at the age of 87.
